Halo - How to add Site Names to Invoices

If you have one company with a subsidiary that needs invoicing separately or one client with multiple sites that need invoicing separately, then here’s how you can get the site name added to your invoices within Halo PSA.

You want to head over to Configuration > Reporting > PDF Templates > Default Invoice Print Template

Click Edit

Then go to the Pages Tab and click the Pencil icon next to ‘Main Page’.

Scroll down to where it says Invoice Line Table Row HTML and above where it says Details Line, add in Site, and then the shortcode for the site, which in Halo is $SITE. I’ve added mine in an h3 tag as well.

Click Save, click Save again. Now click Preview Print - and you’ll now be able to see the Site name on top of every invoice you send!

You’ll also want to do this for any other templates you have set up where you want to show the Site Name.
